Global institute of Management arranged Workshop on  Personality Development which was delivered by Mr. Prakash Soni. He gave various examples of which will explain where personality matters and how one can improve his behavior and way of living standards. He also discussed how to think on particular topic and how to take initiative. What is the need to take initiative and how to improve communication skills, how to handle situations. Today, in corporate world lots of competitions are their so students have to present themselves well, so they must know about soft skills and terms to improve the soft skills.
